4).Spiritual Steps: Your belief system plays a significant role in wellness. Integrating spirituality with health shows a positive correlation. Positive spiritual beliefs and comfort in a relationship with a supreme being may help you feel better as an individual. 

5).Social Steps: A peaceful and relaxing social environment, undisturbed by triggers, reduces exposure to stress. Evidence mounting from the field of Social Epidemiology highlights research showing the significant benefits of a healthy social relationship and its impact on wellness.
